Çengelköy Mixed-Use Complex

A mixed residential and commercial project on Nato Yolu in Çengelköy, Üsküdar, on approximately 21,000 m² of land with around 35,000 m² of construction area. The commercial area consists of two blocks with seven independent commercial units and 64 residential units on the upper floors. Six further residential blocks contain 54 independent homes. The source description states a total of 120 residential units. Parking was allocated for 300 vehicles. Green areas were planned at 70% in the commercial section and 85% in the residential section, alongside 1,700 m² of social facilities.
