Denizciler Business Centre

A mixed commercial and office project in Altunizade on Istanbul's Asian side, described in the source as under construction on approximately 8,000 m² of land. The design provides 40,000 m² of construction area, including meeting and seminar rooms, a nursery, dry cleaning, restaurants, cafés and sports facilities. Three basement levels, approximately 12,000 m², were allocated to parking for around 370 vehicles.
